About Hongcha

This fully oxidized black tea (Hongcha) is also referred to as “red tea” because of its deep amber colour when steeped. The carefully chosen leaves are gently wilted, tossed, rolled, oxidized, and dried to bring out its expressive flavour profile. 

Grown in the rich volcanic soil on the slopes of Korea's tallest mountain, this red tea is a magnificent expression of Korea's tea excellence. With its beautiful dark green leaves, deep amber colour, and full-bodied and expressive flavour, our Hongcha tastes like spring in a cup.

About Sejak

This delicate Korean green tea is made from tender buds and young leaves hand-picked in the early spring, resulting in a deliciously pure and refreshing cup.

Hand-picked after the early spring rains, this delectable tea has been plucked, steamed, and pan-fired, giving it a very distinctive flavour. Seen by many as superior to Japanese sencha, our Sejak features subtle marine notes to complement its natural bright, earthy, and nutty characteristics.
